Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Saylor apps for iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac. By creating an account or using Saylor, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1.What Saylor is

Saylor is a task manager you can use by voice. With your consent, AI turns what you say into tasks with dates, categories and priorities. You can also write tasks by hand, share lists with other people and connect AI assistants to your tasks.

2.Your account

You can sign in with an email address and password or with Sign in with Apple. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

You must be at least 14 years old to use Saylor.

3.Free plan and Saylor Pro

  • Free plan. You can create as many tasks as you like by typing them. AI features are limited to a number of AI tasks each month, currently 30. Each voice recording turned into tasks, each typed text organized by AI and each voice edit counts as one AI task. The count starts again each month, and after the limit you can still add tasks by typing.
  • Saylor Pro. No limit on AI tasks. All other features are the same on both plans.

Saylor Pro is sold through the App Store as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

  • A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.Apple’s licence terms

Your licence to use the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add the rules for the Saylor service itself.

5.AI features

AI processing only runs after you agree to it in the app, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. AI can make mistakes: it can mishear a word, pick the wrong date or misread what you meant. Check tasks that matter, especially dates and times. Saylor isn’t responsible for consequences of relying on a task the AI got wrong.

6.Your content

Your tasks and everything you put into Saylor belong to you. You allow us to store and process that content only to provide Saylor to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tasks in a shared list can be seen, changed, completed and deleted by every member of that list. Only share lists with people you trust, and only add content you have the right to share.

7.Connected AI assistants

If you connect Saylor to Claude or another assistant, the assistant acts on your behalf within the access you grant, and its provider’s own terms apply to it. You can revoke access at any time at app.dosaylor.pro/connections.

8.Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • use Saylor for anything illegal or to harm other people;
  • try to get into other people’s accounts or our systems;
  • overload, disrupt or work around the limits of the service;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps, except where the law allows it.

9.Availability and changes

We work to keep Saylor running and improving, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly affects what you’ve paid for, we’ll let you know in advance.

10.Liability

To the extent the law allows, Saylor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the European Union and your country of residence.

11.Ending your use of Saylor

You can stop using Saylor at any time and delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

12.Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in advance, for example in the app. If you keep using Saylor after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

13.Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please write to us first so we can try to fix it.
