Saylor is a voice-first to-do list for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. You say what needs doing, and AI turns it into a task with a title, date, category and priority.

iPhone with iOS 17 or later, iPad with iPadOS 17 or later, Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later, and Mac with macOS 14 or later.

You can start without one. To use AI features and sync between devices, sign in with Apple or with email.

Yes. Tasks are saved on your device first and sync when you’re back online. On Apple Watch you can record offline, and Saylor processes the recording once you’re connected.

OpenAI’s gpt-4o-transcribe turns your recording into text. Then gpt-4o-mini picks out the title, notes, category, priority, date, list and whether the task is ongoing. A recording can be up to 60 seconds long and can create several tasks.

Speak in your own language. The app itself is available in English, Lithuanian, German, Spanish, French, Polish and Russian.

Yes. Use Edit by voice and say what to change: the title, category, priority, date, time or notes. Saylor shows the proposed changes in your language, and you choose which to apply.

Yes. You can always type tasks by hand. AI only runs after you agree on the “AI processing” screen, and you can withdraw consent in Settings at any time.

A task for work that takes days or weeks. It has no due date and never turns overdue. Add a “Finish by” date to see a countdown, or tap “Enough for today” to hide it until tomorrow.

Create a list and share its 12-character invite code. Others join by entering the code in the app. Every member can see, add, edit, complete and delete the list’s tasks, and changes sync in real time.

Start a timer on any open task. Every 30 minutes Saylor asks “Still working?”, and you can continue, stop or complete the task. Tracked time syncs across your devices.

Yes. Tasks with a date appear in a “Saylor” calendar. You can also import events from your other calendars as tasks.

Yes. Add Saylor in the connector settings of Claude or any assistant that supports MCP, then sign in with your Saylor account. Review or revoke access at app.dosaylor.pro/connections.

No. Recordings go to OpenAI to be transcribed, and Saylor doesn’t keep them. OpenAI doesn’t use API data to train its models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

No. Saylor has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking, and never sells your data.

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and all your data are deleted right away, though copies may stay in encrypted backups for a short time. This doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription.

On the email sign-in screen in the app, tap “Forgot password?” and open the link in the email you receive.

Yes. You can type as many tasks as you like. The free plan includes 30 AI tasks a month, and Saylor Pro makes them unlimited. Compare plans

The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription.

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and choose Saylor. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
